Diversity and inclusion in mountain biking for everyone

At Peakflow MTB, we believe that mountain biking only truly makes an impact when everyone feels welcome. For us, diversity and inclusion aren't just a trend or a marketing message, but a natural part of how we exercise, train, and collaborate.

Our main ambitions:

Mountain bikers improve mountain bike skills during MTB training and coaching with a focus on technique

What diversity means to us

For us, diversity and inclusion in mountain biking goes beyond age, gender, or background. It's about creating space for different experiences, motivations, and skill levels. Everyone should feel seen and supported, both on and off the trail.

The first steps we take

Even without rigid frameworks, we work every day to create a more inclusive organization. We consciously focus on accessible language, encourage an open feedback culture, and create space for discussion and reflection.

In addition, we continue to develop ourselves by listening to participants, partners and each other.

In this way, our policy grows organically with Peakflow MTB and the people involved.

Our promise to our community

Peakflow MTB chooses genuine, sustainable engagement. We value differences, listen to each other, and remain curious about new perspectives.

Together we are building a mountain bike community where everyone can participate, learn and grow, from novice mountain bikers to experienced coaches or partners.

Together we make mountain biking more accessible, fairer and stronger.
