Targeted training for XC Marathon has clearly made me stronger and more durable. My weaknesses and injuries have almost completely disappeared, and I can now endure long efforts much better. The program is varied and functional, with strength, core, and MTB technique workouts. The only downside? The coach could be a bit stricter if I skip a workout

Are you hesitant about the XC Marathon program? Don't be. I've been training for an MTB Marathon for almost 6 months now and I'm extremely satisfied. The program is completely personalized, with weekly coaching and quick adjustments when necessary. In addition to the cycling, there's a lot of attention for core, mobility, and mental health. If I'm going too fast, Toon slows me down in time. Yes, it costs money and isn't the cheapest option online, but you get so much more in return. After 6 months, I'm clearly stronger and have improved enormously in terms of fitness.
