MTB Program 2027

Your next step as a mountain biker

Becoming a better mountain biker doesn't start with training more. It starts with knowing what your next step is.
At PeakFlow, we look at where you stand now, what is holding back your progress, and which skill is having the most impact right now. From there, you build further, step by step, on the trail.

This is how your progression works

We look at where you stand now

Not only regarding what you can do, but also where control, technique, or trust falls away.

We determine what is holding you back at this moment

Not everything at once. We first look for the point that has the most influence on your driving.

You train specifically for your next step

With clear cues, appropriate exercises, and immediate feedback.

You apply it on the trail

Because a technique only counts when you can use it independently when terrain, speed, or conditions change.

Then we determine what follows

What you master becomes the foundation for your next step.

Not a standard program. But a clear next step.

Two mountain bikers can get stuck on exactly the same section, but for completely different reasons.
One brakes too late. The other loses grip due to their position. A third chooses the wrong line or hesitates at the decisive moment. That is why, at PeakFlow, we look not only at what goes wrong, but more importantly at why it happens. From there, we determine the most logical next step for you.

Training along with the trail

Your development is personal, but the conditions in which you ride change constantly. That is why PeakFlow works with different training focuses throughout the year.
Wet, dry, loose, steep, fast, or technical: every period places different demands on your riding. Skills return in new situations and with increasing difficulty.

24 micro-seasons · ±2 weeks per focus

The year is divided into 24 micro-seasons of approximately two weeks per focus.
In each micro-season, one thing takes center stage:

You can join all year round

You can join any time of year. Simply join at any time and build on your learning experience. The structure is designed so you're always learning something, regardless of when you join.

The common thread in every session

Whether you choose a clinic, 1-on-1 coaching or an enduro day: we always work according to the same rhythm.

This is how you develop technique that sticks, even when the pace increases or conditions become more difficult.

Choose the shape that suits your next step

Not every mountain biker needs the same guidance. Sometimes a targeted group session is enough. Sometimes a specific limiter requires personal coaching or application on real trails. That is why we work with different forms within a single progression approach.

Progression Sessions

Focused group sessions centered around one clear area for development. You work on technique, repetition, and application, with feedback at the moment that makes the difference.

1-on-1 Progression Coaching

For mountain bikers who want to work specifically on one or two personal limiters. We determine where the greatest gains lie and build from there.

Trail Collective

Ongoing guidance for mountain bikers who want to continue developing systematically. You train regularly, apply skills in varying conditions, and build upon your own level.

Trail & Enduro Application Days

It is all about application here. Skills are combined on real trails, including speed, complexity, and fatigue. You learn to read the terrain, make choices, and maintain technique when things get tougher.

How do you know what suits you?

You don't always have to know that yourself. Sometimes it is immediately clear what you want to work on. Sometimes the real limiter lies elsewhere than you think.
That is why we work towards a PeakFlow Rider Check, which gives you an initial picture of your strengths, areas for development, and your most logical next step.
