Can this be combined with a full-time job?
Yes. The workouts are realistic and flexible. We tailor the weekly training volume to your schedule, so you can train consistently without compromising your work, family, or recovery time.
How many hours per week do I train on average?
On average, you'll train 6 to 10 hours per week, depending on your goals (rides, trips, or races), experience, and available time. Quality is key: it's better to train with focus than to work unnecessary hours.
Do I need to have experience with Enduro or competitions?
Yes, this program is designed for experienced mountain bikers (level 3). You don't have to be a competitive rider, but you regularly ride technical trails and want to improve your skills on challenging terrain.
Is strength and core training mandatory?
