MTB Program 2026
Progression over time. In the rhythm of the trail.
At PeakFlow, we train in the rhythm of the trail with progression that lasts, skills that grow with you, and formats that work at speed, under pressure, and in changing conditions.
In short
- 24 micro-seasons (± 2 weeks) with one clear focus
- Skills return with progression: repeat → apply → faster/harder
- Same approach in every format: cues, direct application and feedback at the right time
- Enduro-focused: control, flow and choices that keep working
Why Micro-Seasons Work
Wet, dry, loose, steep, or fast: every moment on the trail demands something different. Instead of one fixed route, we train precisely what has the most impact at that moment. This way, your training is aligned with the realities of outdoor riding.
This is how the year is structured
The year is divided into 24 micro-seasons of approximately two weeks per focus.
In each micro-season, one thing takes center stage:
- One central skill with the most impact at that moment
- A clear reason why that skill is being trained at that moment!
- An approach that suits the situation: sometimes one clear cue, sometimes building up step by step
You can join all year round
You can join any time of year. Simply join at any time and build on your learning experience. The structure is designed so you're always learning something, regardless of when you join.
The common thread in every session
Whether you choose a clinic, 1-on-1 coaching or an enduro day: we always work according to the same rhythm.
- Cue: one clear focus on what you're driving
- Application: Practice directly on real trail sections
- Feedback: Adjusting when it matters
- Repetition with progression: the same skill comes back with a new angle
This is how you develop technique that sticks, even when the pace increases or conditions become more difficult.
Our MTB Activities
The focus is enduro-oriented: control, flow, and choices that keep working — even when the pace picks up or conditions get tougher.
Skills Clinics (group)
Clear themes, compact groups, and plenty of repetition. Clinics offer introductory or in-depth lessons—never individual tricks, always focused on skills that stick.
1-on-1 guidance
For mountain bikers who want to work on one or two specific themes, with full attention and a personal plan.
Trail Collective
Trail Collective is a year-long training program that adapts to the seasons: one session every month tailored to trail conditions.
Trail & Enduro Days
Coaching in all-mountain and enduro trail sections: from descents and drops to technical obstacles like roots, rocks, and steep sections. You'll learn to read lines, make choices, and execute at pace, with feedback where it matters most.
What we come back to most
- Cornering: Low stance, look ahead for grip and speed
- Timing: moving with the terrain, drops and jumps for rhythm and control
- Braking: on time and where necessary for control and flow
- Flow: connecting sections without unnecessary braking, energy-efficient and fast
- Posture: heavy feet, light hands, stable and balanced
- Line selection: look ahead and read the terrain smoothly over obstacles
- Grip: stay low, steer smoothly, technique keeps you upright on loose and wet surfaces
