Strength and Core Training
Stronger, more stable and more explosive on the mountain bike
This MTB strength and core training is designed for mountain bikers who want to be stronger, more stable and more explosive on the bike.
By training 2 to 4 times a week with functional strength and plyometric exercises, you will improve your control on technical sections, react faster to changing terrain and tire less quickly during longer rides or tours.
You train largely at home with minimal resources, so the training can easily be combined with your cycling training.

Why strength, core, and explosiveness training for MTB?
Mountain biking requires more than just fitness. Without sufficient strength, stability, and explosiveness, technical sections will cost you more energy and you'll tire more quickly.
This training will help you:
- to remain more stable on rough surfaces
- to respond to obstacles faster and in a more controlled manner
- to transfer power to the pedals more efficiently
- to reduce the risk of overload and injuries
