The ION ARCON HD Pro is a high-quality chest and back protector for mountain bikers who want robust protection without unnecessarily compromising freedom of movement and ventilation.
The chest and back protection is CE Level 2 certified and utilizes ION x RE ZRO® protection material. RE ZRO® Power Slide Caps on the front and back provide additional protection on key impact zones.
The 3D molded construction fits snugly to the body, while the open structure and large ventilation openings ensure air circulation during intense rides.

The ARCON HD Pro combines a high level of protection with a construction that allows sufficient freedom of movement while riding. Both the chest and back sections are CE Level 2 certified.
For this, ION uses ION x RE ZRO® protection material in combination with RE ZRO® Power Slide Caps on the front and back. These hard zones are positioned on key impact areas and reinforce protection without making the entire protector rigid.
The chest and back sections are three-dimensionally pre-shaped. As a result, the protector follows the shape of the body better and stays securely in place while riding.
The fit can be further adjusted with the elastic SyncBody bands. Both the length and the position of the bands are adjustable.
The protective material has an open structure and features large ventilation openings. This allows air to circulate around the protector, which is particularly pleasant during longer descents and intense rides.
The ARCON HD Pro can be worn both under and over a jersey, depending on preference and clothing.
A central closure with a single buckle makes putting it on and taking it off easy. The protector was developed and tested with freerider Nico Vink and is intended for disciplines where a high level of protection and freedom of movement are both important.
